ORDER FULFILLMENT
All of your JDees favorites are made by hand.
Skincare products are made to order. They are poured and bottled by hand in small batches to ensure maximum quality.
We work very hard to get your items out to you as quickly as possible, however order processing for skincare items take 3-7 business days. All other items have a 3-5 business day processing time, unless otherwise stated under the item description. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped.
SHIPPING POLICY
JDees Unique Creations ships in the U.S. only. We ship orders out Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (excluding holidays). Body Butter is only shipped out on Monday and Wednesday (excluding holidays).
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your tracking number, and delivery usually takes 2-5 days after the order has shipped.
Make sure all shipping information is correct! JDees Unique Creations will not be responsible for incorrect shipping information. In the event we receive a return package due to the provided address being incorrect for any reason, you will be responsible to pay for another shipping label before we will reship your item back out to you.
Once orders are shipped, accountability for parcels/packages is transferred to the carrier service provider. As such, JDees Unique Creations does not assume liability for circumstances out of its direct/immediate control - specifically:
a) shipping timelines that vary outside of typical carrier service deadlines
b) carrier damage of parcels
c) carrier mis-deliveries of parcels
d) parcels returned to sender if not received by customer when delivery is attempted
e) shipping routes that deviate from typical carrier routes, causing delay in parcel delivery
f) packages that are lost during shipment
