Can I track my package?
Yes. Your tracking number will be sent to the email address that you provided at checkout. All orders are shipped through USPS.
Once you receive a tracking number please allow up to 2 business days for your tracking to update. If your tracking number shows no movement after 4 business days, please contact us or USPS for further assistance.
I received my package, but it's damaged. What should I do?
If there is an issue with your order, please let us know! For damaged packages please keep all packaging and take pictures for processing of an insurance claim with the carrier. All claims can be filed directly on USPS website or by calling them at 1-800-332-0317 to file by mail.
Once your package is dropped off to the post office and scanned, JDees Unique Creations assumes no liability for lost or damaged packages.
I put in the wrong delivery address when I placed my order! Can you send a replacement?
JDees Unique Creations will not be responsible for incorrect shipping information.
It is your responsibility, as the buyer, to make sure your address is correct before finalizing your order as we cannot change it once submitted. In the event we receive a return package due to the provided address being incorrect for any reason, you will be responsible to pay for another shipping label before we will reship your item back out to you.
The tracking shows the package was delivered but I didn't recieve my package. What should I do?
Once an order has shipped, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages. If it is showing delivered but you didn't receive it, please contact USPS. Have your tracking number available to assist with the investigation.

Can I change my shipping address?
We can not update or change any address on an order. Please ensure that you double check your address before submitting your order.
Bracelet Sizing
I need a bigger/smaller size bracelet. How do I know what size is for me?
The average wrist size is 7-7.5 inch, however all wrist aren't created the same. If your wrist is smaller or bigger, you should measure around your wrist with a tape measure to ensure your desired fit.

What if I have an allergic reaction to your product?
We always recommend reviewing the ingredients listed in the description box of the product prior to purchasing. We highly recommend conducting a skin test before use!
If you develop an allergic reaction, discontinue use immediately and contact your physician. They can provide you details on what ingredient(s) you may have had a reaction to.

What is a patch test, and how is it done?
A patch test is an exam you do at home to determine whether use of a skincare product can cause skin irritation or an allergic reaction. Chemicals, preservatives, perfumes and cosmetics can cause a skin reaction. Patch testing should be your first step whenever using any new product.
We highly encourge you to conduct a patch test when using any of our skincare products to make sure your not allergic to any of our ingredients as well as reading our ingredients listed in the products' description.
These are the steps you will follow when conducting a patch test:
1. Apply the product to a small patch of skin where you are unlikely to accidentally wash or rub it away. Good areas may include the inside of the arm or bend of the elbow.
2. Apply the product to a quarter-sized patch of skin. You should apply the product as thickly as you would when using it regularly.
3. Leave the product on the patch of skin for as long as it would normally be on the skin. If you are testing a product that would usually wash off, such as soap, you should keep the patch on for 3-5 minutes.
5. If your skin reacts to the product, you should wash it off as soon as possible and discontinue use immediately. You can use a cold compress or petroleum jelly to relieve the skin, if needed.
