DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please report any damaged items within 24 hrs of receipt by contacting us with pictures, and/or video along with a description of what the defect or damage is.

We are not responsible for damage caused during shipping. A claim must be filed by the customer with the shipping carrier, if available.
